When I first went to visit Dr. Frederick I was very nervous as I had never been to a chiropractor before. My back and shoulders were always cramped up and tense and I felt like I needed a massage every day to feel normal. After my first visit I felt like a new person. I was finally avle to sit up straight and even walking felt easier. On top of feeling better right away, the relief lasted for over a month. As soon as I started feeling my shoulders tighten up again I went back. It has been about six months since my last visit and I still feel great! It is amazing what a difference going has made.
